Canada Post Strike
US Customers are not affected. US orders are printed IN the US and shipped with USPS.
Canadian customers: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, in Canada I will be doing *free* standard shipping with UPS.
Please note, some addresses can’t be serviced by my alternate carrier and will be shipped with Canada Post, which may result in delays due to the rotating strike. This includes remote communities with only Canada Post service and Po Boxes.
Where do you ship from?
Canada orders: Printed and shipped in Canada = no extra fees from customs, duties, or tariffs.
US orders: Printed and shipped in the US = no extra fees from customs, duties, or tariffs.
How can I track my order?
I will send you an email confirming your order after your order has been placed, and another email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your package has been marked delivered, but you did not receive a delivery, wait a few days to see if the shipment shows up. We also recommend checking with neighbors nearby for delivery errors. We are not responsible for delivery driver errors or for packages stolen after delivery.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Packaging is plastic free and recyclable. All products are unframed and are carefully rolled and shipped in poster tubes. Allow time to flatten print upon arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes for six hours after placing your order. Contact me at mapwizard@cdedwards.com if you’d like to change the shipping or cancel your order. I am unable to make changes to the products in your order. Please note that, after 6 hours your order goes into the production queue and I cannot modify or cancel it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Timelines
Please allow 1-4 days for your map to get printed. During peak periods such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to get processed. Once an order is placed, you have six hours to make any address updates, order changes or cancellations.

Delivery timelines do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
