Shipping policy

All of the maps are created on demand which means that you will receive your product directly from a print partner. 

Dispatch times vary between different print partners, so please allow up to 4-5 business days for your purchase to be printed and shipped. 

Orders in Canada ship via Canada post. Shipping may be tracked or untracked, it depends on the destination and product type.

Orders in the US are sent via USPS. Shipping may be tracked or untracked, it depends on the destination and product type.

Delivery times will vary depending on the country, and you may be liable to pay customs fees if an order is shipped between countries. Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. CDEdwards Mapping has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.

If your package has been marked delivered, but you did not receive a delivery, wait a few days to see if the shipment shows up. We also recommend checking with neighbors nearby for delivery errors. We are not responsible for delivery driver errors or for packages stolen after delivery.

Please note that the prints are carefully rolled and shipped in poster tubes. Allow time for the print to flatten when you get it.
