My mission at the CDEdwards Map Store is to provide premium works of art that you will enjoy for years to come. I understand the uncertainties associated with online purchases and I want to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Requirements
Your print must be in the same condition as you received it.
Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize damage in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.
A refund will be issued once the print reaches our studio and passes inspection.
How to return
To start a return, email mapwizard@cdedwards.com and I will give you further instructions. Please include your name and order number in the request.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. It is highly recommended that returns are shipped using a tracking service and insurance. If a return is lost in transit, I cannot offer a refund on the order.
Damaged or misprinted products
In the rare case your product was misprinted or damaged during shipping, reach out to me at mapwizard@cedwards.com and I will get you a new print as soon as possible. Be sure to send photographs of the full print, the damage, as well as our name and order number.
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me right away so I can make it right.
Refunds
I’ll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
