Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. The products are made to order and delivered "as is" therefore returns are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns before you purchase please contact me; but remember, I live at sea and am not always in reception so there might be delays on my end.
Damages
I do my best to produce and deliver high quality products; however, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received because it is defective or damaged in some way, please contact me and let me know the reason why. Depending on your particular case, I will come up with solutions to make sure you have a good experience. If an item arrives damaged, send a picture of the damage as soon as possible; but remember, I live at sea and am not always in reception so there might be delays on my end.
I have a 30-day damaged-goods return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at mapwizard@cdedwards.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. It is highly recommended that returns are shipped using a tracking service and insurance. If a return is lost in transit, we cannot offer a refund on the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost Packages
CDEdwards Mapping is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect information and we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and that you are shipping to a secure location.
